Clients are expected to notify the photographer as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within a specified timeframe (usually 48 hours) may forfeit deposits, depending on the policy communicated at booking.
Clients will receive digital images for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon. The photographer retains the copyright and may use images for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes — unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality images and a professional experience, the photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including weather, technical failure, or last-minute client cancellations.
